Stress

The family experiences lots of different stressors, but it’s how they deal with those is what can make or break the relationships within the family. A crisis can be defined as a time of difficulty or trouble, the family experiences this a lot because there is a lot of opposition to the family in these last days. We must learn how to cope with these crises because only with pressure can we fill all the gaps and learn how to work together as a family and to make the necessary changes for the good of the family.
Stress is a necessary part of our lives and in our family relationships, without stress there is no room to grow and learn how to cope as a family unit. Coping with something isn't just getting by and ignoring the problem, it's about taking the issue and learning how to incorporate that thing into your daily life or it's about teamwork and fixing it as a cohesive family unit.
To avoid future stressors It's important that as parents that you set clear, firm, and direct rules that can help to protect children against things that could lead to stressors as a family. These rules can also help to unify the family, amazing things can come out of a family that learns how to lean on each other and learn to to incorporate the Lord then everything can and will work out in the end and the stressors in your life will seem small and insignificant in the larger scheme of things.
